Can I view and pay my Pik services invoice online?

Yes, log in to your account and choose your preferred payment option.

How do I check the status of a Pik services shipment without a Pik service reference number?

You can view the latest shipping status for your package on our tracking page. If you signed up to receive notifications, you will get an email when your package goes out for delivery.

How do I file a loss/damage claim for a Pik Services delivery that arrived damaged?

You can submit your claim online. In order to file your claim, you have to download the claim request form, provide detailed information about the consignment note number, date of despatch, and all supporting documents including invoices, photographs, and/or brochures or literature describing your item. For more information about submitting a claim, please refer to the Terms and conditions outlined in the Pik Services Guide or call 613-xxx-xxxx.

How much will my parcel cost?

The price will depend on the size, weight, distance covered and how quickly you want your parcel delivered. Apart from the weekly subscription rates, all other rates will charge per km, that is the distance from pickup to the delivery address. However, some deliveries may be unique and fall outside of those rates. Please call us or send us a message. We will be happy to provide you with a quote.

What happened if am not there to receiver my parcel?

Your package can be delivered without a signature if the driver can leave the package at a secure location with the consent of the shipper or receiver.

Do you deliver furniture?

Yes! We provide furniture courier services. All furniture items must be packaged i.e. boxed, crated, or shrink-wrapped, not exceeding 45kg, and could be handled by one person.

Do I need to setup an account with you?

No! We would of course be happy if you can open an account with us. That way, we can easily arrange your regular pick up and delivery from your home or place of work.

Do I need a special software to access my account?

All you need is a web browser like Safari, Firefox, Chrome, or Microsoft Explorer. Our website works on all platforms including mobile devices.

Can I place and order with a phone call?

Yes. Our operators can be reached at 613-xxx-xxxx.

Can I access information about my account online?

Yes. You can edit your address, view invoices, etc.

How long does it take for a package to get delivered?

From the time a call is placed requesting a service to the point of delivery, it takes approximately 2hrs for a flat rate service.

Can I get a commercial price quote online?

Yes. You can email us at info@pikservices.com. Please be specific with your questions or inquiries. We will respond to you as soon as possible.

What kind of items will you pick up and deliver?

We have different services. One person should be able to maneuver your item.

Do you ship to locations outside the Ottawa/Gatineau region?

No at this time. We will be expanding our service area soon.

what payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

What’s the latest time I can call for a package to be delivered?

We offer service from Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Can I arrange for my parcel to be collected from someone else?

Yes, Pik Services allows you to arrange the collection of your package from wherever you want as long as you provide a valid address.

Do you offer weekend pick-up and delivery?

Yes, our flagship services is weekend pickup and delivery.

How are prices calculated?

Prices are based on the weight, volume, service, and destination of your shipment. Consignments may also attract surcharges for additional services.

How do I know my credit card information will be secure when sent over the Internet?

PIK Services uses HTTPS – an internet standard communication protocol, which uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL), an industry-standard encryption technology to protect your credit or debit card information as it is transmitted over the Internet.
